Backups made with Google Drive backup are saved in an app-specific area, so they cannot be viewed as files in the Google Drive app or on the Google Drive website.
To restore, open "Google Drive backup" in Smart Planner's settings screen, log in with the same Google Account you used to create the backup using "Login with Google", and tap "Restore From Backup".
