Is there a tagging feature?

There is no dedicated tagging feature, but you can use searchable hashtags as tags.
The app has a search feature, so you can write a tag word such as "#sweets" at the beginning or end of a diary entry. Then, when you search for "#sweets", only the diary entries with that tag are found.
