The transfer method depends on the type of data.
● Events saved in Google Calendar: Register the same Google Account on the new device and turn on "Calendar Settings" → "Link Google Calendar" in Smart Planner, and the events appear as before.
● Data saved inside the app (events in the "Local calendar", ToDos, notes, and diary entries): You can transfer them with "Google Drive backup" (available free of charge).
- On the source device, open "Google Drive backup" in the settings screen (you can also open it from "Backup" in the menu at the top left of the screen)
- Tap "Login with Google" and log in to the Google Account you want to save the backup to
- Tap "Create Backup" (or "Overwrite Backup" if a backup already exists)
- Install Smart Planner on the new device
- On the new device, open "Google Drive backup", log in with the same Google Account using "Login with Google", and tap "Restore From Backup"
This transfers your data. Note that the backup must be created and restored with the same Google Account.
※ If you use the Premium Plan, tap "Premium Service" → "Restore Subscription" in the settings screen on the new device. As long as you use the same Google Account, your Premium Plan carries over as well.
※ Transferring data between the iPhone/iPad version and the Android version (iOS ⇄ Android) is not supported. Premium Plan purchases cannot be carried over between the two either (see "Can I use a Premium subscription bought on iPhone on the Android version?").
