Here is how to fix the problem of widgets not updating.
- Restart your device
- Remove the widget from your Home screen, then add it again
- Check on Google Play that Smart Planner is updated to the latest version
Step 1 often fixes the issue.
Also, if your device's power-saving settings (such as Battery Saver) restrict Smart Planner from running in the background, widgets may stop updating. Open your device's "Settings" app → "Apps" → "Smart Planner" and check that battery usage is not restricted (the names and locations of these items differ depending on your device).
If that doesn't solve it, please contact us using the "Contact Us" button on the help screen and tell us your device model and Android version.
※ Uninstalling (deleting) the app also deletes the data stored inside the app (events, ToDos, notes, and diary entries). If you reinstall the app to fix the problem, be sure to run "Create Backup" (or "Overwrite Backup") in "Google Drive backup" first.
