If your Google Calendar events don't appear in Smart Planner, please check the following in order.
1. Make sure "Link Google Calendar" is turned on
Go to the settings screen and check that "Calendar Settings" → "Link Google Calendar" is turned on.
If you chose "Don't allow" when the app asked for calendar access, the events are not shown. Open your device's "Settings" app → "Apps" → "Smart Planner" → "Permissions" and set "Calendar" to "Allow".
2. Check "Visible Calendars"
In Smart Planner's settings screen, tap "Calendar Settings" → "Visible Calendars" and make sure the Google calendars you want to see are checked.
3. Check account sync on your device
Google Calendar events are fetched through the sync feature of the Google Account registered on your device. Open your device's "Settings" app → "Passwords, passkeys & accounts" → your Google Account → "Account sync" and make sure sync is turned on for "Calendar" (the names and locations of these items may differ depending on your device).
4. Check Google Calendar
Check whether the event appears in the Google Calendar app (or Google Calendar on your computer). If it doesn't appear there either, there may be a problem with the account the event is saved in. Please also see Google Calendar Help - Fix sync problems with the Google Calendar app.
Right after turning sync on, it can take some time for events to appear. Please wait a while, then tap "Refresh" in the menu at the top left of the screen to reload.
If that doesn't solve it, please contact us using the "Contact Us" button on the help screen.
